There is an invalid reference to QuickBooks PaymentMethod "MasterCard" in the SalesReceipt.

Older versions of QuickBooks do not have have the credit card payment methods by default. You need to manually add them.
- Open QuickBooks
- From the top menu choose "Lists"
- Choose "Customer & Vendor Profile Lists"
- Choose "Payment Method List"
- Enter the missing payment method exactly as it is spelled in the error message
Please note while the example above is for "MasterCard", the process is the same for any payment method.
