Follow these instructions to retrieve your MerchantId, TerminalId, and Secret.
  1. Login to https://www.chargeanywhere.com/chargeanywheremanager/Login.asp
  2. Click on "Virtual Terminal"
  3. Click on "Payment Form Processing Data"
  4. Enter your ComsGate password again to create/view the values
