Type any questions you wish to ask your customer in the fields entitled, "Special Info Request". You may then select the way in which your customer will respond by clicking on "Set Options" and choosing from the following:

Text Area - This will allow the customer to type a one line comment.
Large Text Area - This will allow the customer to type a comment of any size.
Drop Down menu - This will allow the customer to select from a drop down menu of options that you create.
Radio buttons - This will allow the customer to select only one answer.
Check boxes - This will allow the customer to select one or more of the options.

Additionally, using the "Set Options" tool you can set the cart to require an answer before allowing the customer to continue with their checkout.

To create a custom question
  1. Enter your question
  2. Select your "Answer Type" (ie Dropdown menu)
  3. Enter an answer into the New Option
  4. Click "Add"
  5. Repeat steps 3 & 4 as needed
  6. Click "Save"

Note: The shopping cart allows you to enter raw HTML into these questions and answers. Due to this you will need to make sure you review HTML Entities And URI Escape codes for any special characters you would like to display
